Insurance
Play 2 Learn is considered an "out-of-network provider" for counseling services.
You may be able to submit you claims to your PPO insurance plan for partial reimbursement, once you meet your deductible. Every plan is different, and we are happy to provide a service to verify your eligibility and benefits for you prior to getting started. We will need your address, insurance information, and the client's date of birth.
Also, we can provide you with a monthly superbill which you can submit to your insurance company, if desired.
Client is responsible for the full session fee at the time of their session. And client is responsible for the entire session fee in the event that their insurance plan does not provide any out-of-network coverage or benefits.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services may be available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and credit cards are accepted for payment. Preferred credit cards or HSA cards are safely stored on our EHR system, TherapyNotes or via IVY Pay. Both are HIPAA secure. Your Play 2 Learn team will run your card after your session, or run many sessions by the end of each month. Superbills are available upon request.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session, and your credit card stored in our files will be charged. Insurance companies do not pay for missed sessions; therefore the client is responsible. If you must cancel, try to reschedule for later in the week, possibly via telehealth if needed, to avoid a cancellation charge. An opening may not be possible, but we will try our best to do so.
