Beach Cities Health District- Student Mental Health Provider Task Force member Monica Fyfe, LMFT, shares a 2-part series on staying well while at home during COVID-19. Part one addresses how to deal with ruptures and communications, and part two addresses how to repair and re-connect following the rupture.
